About the role#
As a Finance Intern at Greenheck Group, you will gain experience in a global manufacturing company. You will work alongside professionals in Corporate Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Business Unit Finance. This role supports decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth through hands-on projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Support internal reporting and planning using SAP BPC.
- Manage the closing of capital projects and ensure accounting compliance.
- Support asset audits and update records in the Fixed Asset System.
- Facilitate asset retirements and transfers.
- Conduct post-audits on capital expenditure projects to evaluate investment results.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools in Excel and Power BI to track productivity and cost drivers.
- Analyze financial and operational trends to identify performance improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- On track to graduate within the next 1 to 2 years.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- A curious and proactive mindset with an interest in applying classroom learning to manufacturing finance.

- Location: Schofield, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid internship.
