About the role#
As a Financial Services AI Program Support Associate Intern, you will help the Financial Services business integrate AI into daily operations. You will manage initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and delivering business value to commercial teams. This role involves acting as a primary point of contact for AI resources and ensuring that all work meets standards for safety, reliability, and security.
What you'll do#
- Translate business requirements into actionable AI roadmaps and project plans.
- Develop a system to catalog AI tools and identify owners across Financial Services.
- Facilitate communication between AI data science teams, infrastructure teams, and business colleagues.
- Manage the development and rollout of AI tools currently in prototype or proof of concept stages.
- Provide thought leadership on AI governance and steering committee validation.
- Offer feedback on tools like Amazon Quick and MS Co-pilot.
- Generate ideas and develop useful AI tools.
- Drive the acceptance and adoption of AI solutions across the business.
- Lead training and demonstrations through monthly AI office hours.
- Develop and track KPIs related to AI impact.
- Support other strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an MBA program with a graduation date in 2027.
- Academic background in quantitative studies or finance.
- Experience in the energy sector, financial services, and AI literacy.
- Project management skills and a track record of providing on-time deliverables.
- Team or leadership experience.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and respond to inquiries from all levels of the organization.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week.
- Unrestricted work authorization for the United States.
- GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.

- Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 40% in-office each week).
- Employment Type: Part-time.
- Term: Rolling (October 2026 to June 2027).
