About the role#
The Technical Service Engineer Intern provides technical support to customers and internal departments. You will gain hands-on experience by troubleshooting product issues and contributing to performance improvements. This role involves working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues regarding products, equipment, and applications.
- Investigate product performance by collecting, analyzing, and documenting technical data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to find root causes and suggest corrective actions.
- Create and update technical documentation, service reports, product specifications, and training materials.
- Take part in product testing, validation, and projects focused on product reliability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for chemical engineering, material science, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools is preferred.
Location & details#
- Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Interns have access to an on-site fitness center and a steel-toed shoe allowance.
