About the role#
The Research & Development Engineering Intern supports the design, development, testing, and improvement of products and processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, analyze data, and contribute to innovation projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineers with product design, prototyping, testing, and validation for new and existing products.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support research and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including test plans, reports, specifications, and work instructions.
- Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to evaluate and implement design improvements.
- Participate in problem-solving activities, root cause investigations, and innovation projects using engineering principles.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, material science, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software tools is preferred.

- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- This role is offered on a rolling basis.
- Interns receive access to an on-site fitness center and a steel-toed shoe allowance.
