About the role#
Asbury Theological Seminary is hiring a Custodial Student Worker for the Wilmore campus. This is a paid, part-time position with a rolling start date. You will work 12 to 15 hours per week during the school term, with the possibility of up to 40 hours during the summer months.
What you'll do#
- Keep campus facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
- Clean surfaces in hallways, lobbies, restrooms, classrooms, elevators, and stairs.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using standard equipment.
- Wash walls, woodwork, and windows.
- Remove trash and replenish restroom supplies.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and stage equipment as needed.
- Strip and reapply floor finish and clean carpets.
- Prepare housing units for incoming tenants.
- Attend weekly safety meetings.
- Maintain building security and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- You must be a current student at Asbury Theological Seminary to qualify for this position.
Location & details#
- The position is based on-site in Wilmore, Kentucky.
- Hours are set during the school term and negotiable during the summer.
- You will be issued keys to access specific campus areas.
