About the role#
As a Customer Transformation Intern, you will work with our Advisory professionals to help clients solve complex business problems. You will support the development of value creation strategies, including assessing marketing and sales investments, understanding customer experience drivers, and implementing go-to-market strategies. This role is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage ambiguous and unstructured business problems.
- Construct pragmatic frameworks to develop long-term business strategies.
- Collect data and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to synthesize actionable insights.
- Define and evaluate customer and brand strategies.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
- Partner with team members to ensure the success of client engagements.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Digital fluency, including the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI tools.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Location & details#
- Location: Bellevue, Washington.
- Modality: Hybrid. This position requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a Grant Thornton office or client site.
- Travel: Ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
- Availability: Willingness to work additional hours as required.
