About the role#
Join the Technology Development team to help qualify semiconductor technologies for the 200mm manufacturing fabricator. You will work on process and test development, focusing on nodes including 130nm, 90nm, and sub-90nm. This role involves collaborating with integration, process, and test engineering teams to meet performance, reliability, yield, and cost goals.
What you'll do#
- Drive the integration of advanced process modules.
- Support technology development qualification milestones from conception through manufacturing installation.
- Design and execute experiments to test new technology.
- Analyze performance results, including constructional analysis and inline measurements, to assess manufacturing capability and defect levels.
- Coordinate with teams across testing, failure analysis, unit process, reliability, and research to ensure program success.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner, adhering to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, Microelectronics, or a related engineering or physical science discipline.
- Basic knowledge of modern semiconductor device physics, device characterization, and semiconductor processing.
- Experience in semiconductor processing using CMOS, SiGe, or GaN technologies for RF applications.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
