About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Co-op position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site at our Seguin, Texas facility to support our manufacturing operations.
What you'll do#
You will work with our team to improve production efficiency. Your daily tasks include:
- Assisting in the implementation of Lean tools.
- Participating in process mapping and value stream analysis.
- Supporting ongoing safety and quality initiatives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across the floor.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management. You should have:
- An understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
