About the role#
This Sales Operations Co-Op position is a full-time, paid opportunity based in New Bremen, Ohio, for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site to assist our sales operations team with process alignment and project coordination.
What you'll do#
- Manage project details, track team decisions, and prepare materials for meetings.
- Help communicate process changes to the broader team.
- Support pilot programs, gather feedback, and follow up to encourage adoption.
- Compare sales processes and terminology across global teams to find common practices.
- Document regional differences and create materials that work across various locations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Management, Professional Selling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- A self-motivated approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
