About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Student Co-op or Intern position for the Summer 2026 term. This role is based on-site in Des Moines, Iowa. Please note that sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
- Perform assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory.
- Process paperwork after the completion of each job.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than 2 years of related experience.
- Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, including knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
- Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan tasks, and follow through to completion.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
