About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our team as a paid intern for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Collierville, Tennessee. You will gain hands-on experience in lift truck maintenance and service.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
- Perform planned maintenance on customer equipment.
- Manage and process paperwork for each completed job.
- Take part in various training activities to build your technical skills.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a technical degree program, specifically in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
