About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in New Bremen, Ohio, supporting the material planning team. The role focuses on production scheduling, data analysis, and maintaining accurate records within our systems.
What you'll do#
- Create and monitor daily and weekly production schedules.
- Identify material shortages or overages and suggest solutions.
- Collect and analyze production data to build reports and dashboards.
- Maintain data accuracy for materials, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routing in our ERP system.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align planning efforts.
- Document standard operating procedures and participate in planning reviews.
- Support lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.
