About the role#
As an Interaction Design Co-op, you work with our team to research, design, and implement interfaces for lift trucks, warehouse management tools, and mobile applications. You receive mentorship while contributing to projects that impact how users interact with our equipment.
What you'll do#
- Research user needs, product requirements, industry trends, and competitors.
- Conduct field research, including interviews, task analysis, and on-site observation.
- Build prototypes to test and develop new user experiences.
- Work with designers and other departments to refine and implement your ideas.
- Create visual documentation to assist with software and Design System development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interactive Media, or Visual Design.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Work samples that demonstrate your visual design ability.
- A portfolio link included with your application.
- Reliable transportation for local travel between company sites during the workday.

- This role is based in New Bremen, Ohio.
- The position is on-site and full-time for the Fall 2027 term.
- This is a paid position.
