About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Mechanical Engineering Co-op position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Greencastle, Indiana, supporting our engineering team with product design, analysis, and testing.
What you'll do#
- Assist a full-time Mechanical Engineer with mechanical design projects.
- Perform structural or stability analysis on new and existing designs.
- Investigate failed components or structures to determine the cause of failure.
- Identify testing methods and concepts for product development.
- Evaluate new technologies and components for potential use.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- A reliable means of transportation to the work site.
