About the role#
As an Industrial Design Co-op, you will work with our design team to build new products and solutions. You will help research user needs, develop design concepts, and support the product development cycle from initial sketches to final documentation.
What you'll do#
- Research and document user needs, competitive products, and industry trends.
- Conceptualize new products by creating sketches, renderings, and physical models.
- Build 3-dimensional CAD models of appearance parts.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet production requirements.
- Support project leaders with documentation and prepare materials for team meetings.
- Assist with field testing and product photography.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation for local travel between company locations.

- This position is located in New Bremen, Ohio.
- This is a full-time, on-site role for the Winter 2027 term.
- This is a paid position.
