About the role#
GHD is looking for an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Water team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside project engineers and managers to assist with the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients.
What you'll do#
- Conduct field investigations and construction inspections.
- Perform engineering studies and comparative economic evaluations.
- Collect and compile project data.
- Assist with CADD drawings and facility layouts.
- Prepare cost estimates and design calculations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program for Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
