About the role#
We are hiring an Environmental Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will support project managers, engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists by coordinating and implementing engineering solutions. Your work will span areas including air quality, solid waste, remediation, and health and safety.
What you'll do#
- Write reports and manage project data.
- Maintain field equipment.
- Assist with soil and groundwater sampling.
- Participate in monitoring well installation.
- Support operations and maintenance for remediation systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
- A strong desire to learn and apply classroom theory in a practical setting.
- Motivation to identify tasks and assist staff as needed.
Location & details#
- Location: Tampa, Florida.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
