About the role#
The Support Operations Intern will provide technical and operational support for key Change Management initiatives. You will act as the primary contact for initial troubleshooting of the internal Device Adder application and serve as a liaison between the Orders team and Tier 3 development teams. This position is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Act as Tier 2 support for the Device Adder by validating issues and performing basic troubleshooting before escalating to the development team.
- Monitor for system changes that could impact the Device Adder application and report critical issues to leadership.
- Support data analysis and process improvement by assisting with KPI tracking and running database queries using tools like Google BigQuery.
- Manage a critical knowledge base migration project, updating over 90 articles to prepare for AI support tools.
- Create documentation, including Support Operating Procedures, FAQs, and support guides.
- Build simple dashboards, flowcharts, or visuals to communicate workflows and dependencies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with data analysis, including generating database queries such as SQL or GBQ.
- Experience with or understanding of REST APIs and SDKs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
