About the role#
We are looking for a Co-op student to join our IT Operations team in Vancouver for the Fall 2026 term. You will work closely with our global Helpdesk team to solve technology problems and support our internal users. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Build and deploy laptops for new and existing users.
- Configure and wipe hardware to support Macbook lease closures.
- Install and maintain office desk hardware and Google Meet equipment.
- Manage hardware assets by updating our management system.
- Document procedures and technical solutions within our ticketing system.
- Assist with setting up loaner laptops and AV gear for company events and interviews.
- Work with the global Helpdesk team to resolve technical issues.
What you'll need#
- Experience troubleshooting Mac and Windows OS problems, including Dell laptops.
- Experience working with meeting room hardware and AV gear.
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple language for end-users.
- Willingness to learn new systems and vendor processes.
- Enrollment in a Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration program.
