About the role#
The Customer Operations team at Lucid Software supports our global user base by providing product guidance and using user data to improve product health. As an intern, you will work on both direct support interactions and scalable solutions to engage our customers. This is a part-time internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and manage technical issues and workflows.
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise of our products.
- Monitor key operational metrics to help drive improvements to our offerings.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing teams on user-impacting issues.
- Write clear user education and Help Center content.
- Resolve billing-related customer concerns, including refunds, invoice changes, and account disputes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and a focus on teamwork.
- Majors in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or Data Science are preferred.
