About the role#
The Business Operations Internship Program is a 10-week paid summer experience. You will work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and build technical and professional skills. The program uses a development model where most of your learning comes from hands-on project work, supplemented by networking and formal training. This is a full-time, on-site position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support core business areas including finance, supply chain, business strategy, customer operations, business analytics, and communications.
- Apply your academic knowledge to solve technical and operational challenges.
- Work alongside professionals across various teams and functions.
- Present your project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings to your team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or first-year Master's student with at least one semester remaining before graduation.
- A degree focus in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong skills in information analysis, problem solving, and communication.
- A preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

This role is on-site and based in one of the following locations: Orange, Connecticut; Augusta, Maine; Portland, Maine; Portland, Oregon; Rochester, New York; or Boston, Massachusetts.
