About the role#
The Operations Strategy & Transformation Intern supports enterprise and functional strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and project execution. You will work across Operations, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Quality. This role offers exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. You will help translate strategic priorities into structured plans, workshops, tools, and communications.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate strategic planning workshops, including logistics, participant communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
- Capture key themes, priorities, and decisions from sessions to create leadership-ready materials.
- Develop and maintain strategic initiative documentation and presentations.
- Build and manage project tools, such as schedules, trackers, and dashboards.
- Assist with structuring project charters, closeout materials, and templates.
- Support the development of SharePoint and Smartsheet execution hubs to improve visibility.
- Track actions, milestones, and dependencies for transformation projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a similar field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and succinctly.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
- The program begins in May 2027.
