About the role#
We are looking for an Event & Sponsorship Logistics Intern to join our global marketing team. This role supports our international marketing efforts by managing the end-to-end logistics of event booths, promotional materials, and digital registration processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montreal.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate booth setup schedules, delivery timelines, and technical walkthroughs.
- Manage the shipment of products, equipment, and marketing materials.
- Assist in booth design layout, visitor flow planning, and dismantle logistics.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all event assets.
- Manage promotional items and swag, including vendor communication, inventory tracking, and production timelines.
- Support event registration by setting up landing pages, managing attendee data, and tracking metrics.
- Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and preparing post-event feedback reports.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Health, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge in booth design layout and marketing materials production.
- Ability to manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Strong coordination skills regarding setup schedules and product shipments.
