About the role#
Explorance is looking for a Booth Execution and Coordination Intern to support our global marketing team. This role focuses on the logistics and execution of event marketing, ensuring our brand presence is consistent and effective across international events. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage everything from booth design and setup to the distribution of marketing materials.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate booth setup schedules, delivery timelines, and technical checks.
- Manage the shipment of products, equipment, and marketing materials.
- Assist with booth design layouts, visitor flow planning, and brand consistency.
- Order promotional items and manage production timelines for brochures, banners, and signage.
- Track inventory of marketing materials and manage vendor relationships.
- Set up event registration pages and manage attendee data.
- Coordinate pre-event email campaigns and create promotional content.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses related to booth setup.
- Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback to improve future initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Health, Psychology, or Human Resources.
- Experience with booth setup coordination and shipment management.
- Knowledge of marketing materials production and booth design layout.
- Ability to manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple project timelines and vendor processes.

- Work Modality: On-site.
