As a Business Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to execute key business initiatives and support operations across departments. This role provides exposure to strategic decision-making and project management within a growing fintech startup. You will be responsible for balancing multiple priorities, ranging from high-level project tracking to day-to-day office management.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute business operations initiatives and coordinate projects across engineering, finance, compliance, and risk.
- Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and KPIs, while flagging risks and unblocking teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, such as system access and training, and manage the offboarding process.
- Own daily office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and building maintenance liaison.
- Plan and execute the setup and logistics for company events and celebrations.
What you'll need#
- 1 year of experience in business operations, project management, or people operations.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to analyze data and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Economics.
