About the role#
The Summer Analyst Program is a nine to ten week internship for students. You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the Operations division. This role supports the banking, sales, trading, and asset management functions of the firm.
What you'll do#
- Attend orientation to learn about the firm culture, benefits, and responsibilities.
- Complete training designed to help you succeed in your role.
- Work alongside fellow interns and employees on real responsibilities.
- Help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of trades, from initial settlement to final reporting.
- Monitor and help improve the processes and systems that keep business transactions running.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on real responsibilities.
- Interest in financial operations.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
