About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in retail operations and project management. You will work on-site in Costa Mesa, California, during the Winter and Summer 2027 terms. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Manage general project tasks and assist with resource allocation.
- Process and maintain data using SAP and create Excel presentations.
- Design and implement process improvements for logistics and operations.
- Create and analyze sales reports to monitor business performance.
- Support marketing plan activities, including events and promotions.
- Coordinate retail activities with the parent company.
- Manage core assortment and weekly replenishment orders while working with store managers.
- Assist the Head of Retail with daily tasks and meeting preparation.
What you'll need#
- You are a recent graduate or a Junior/Senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Capability to troubleshoot complex issues and solve advanced problems.
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- German language skills are a plus, though not required.
