About the role#
This is a 12-week internship during Summer 2027. You will join the Institutional Operations Solutions team within the Institutional group. This team manages risk and delivers operational solutions across the organization. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and institutional clients to address real operational challenges.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day operations while identifying and managing operational risk across compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and risk management capabilities by recommending solutions based on data analysis.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build technology solutions that support institutional operations at scale.
- Analyze data sets and deliver recommendations grounded in sound quantitative reasoning.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a group project to solve a real business problem and present findings to the leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in business, management, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with the capacity to identify second-order effects and streamline processes.
- Willingness to engage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate in team settings.
- Familiarity with finance or banking concepts and an interest in crypto and digital assets.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs.
