About the role#
This is a 12-week internship taking place during the summer of 2027. You will join the Employee and Workplace Experience team within People Success. This group is responsible for the programs and environments that shape company culture. You will own an initiative focused on improving how we design, measure, and scale employee experiences for both remote and in-person settings.
What you'll do#
- Build or improve dashboards to track program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
- Surface insights to help the team make faster and better decisions.
- Identify manual, repetitive workflows and design AI-powered solutions to automate or streamline them.
- Analyze participation data, employee feedback, and outcome signals to recommend improvements or design new programs.
- Work with internal platforms to improve data quality, user experience, and reporting capability.
- Support change management strategies and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated coursework or projects in process improvement.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with at least one project management or process mapping tool.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform operational decisions.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to draft content, automate workflows, or prototype solutions.
- Commitment to using generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
