About the role#
This is a 12-week internship taking place during the summer of 2027. You will join the Acceleration Programs team within the Talent Density pillar of the People Team. This group focuses on cultivating a culture that attracts, recognizes, and accelerates top talent. You will work on projects that support our priority of having top talent in every seat.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to program design through brainstorms, working sessions, and the creation of project plans or deliverables.
- Partner with Talent Density team members and cross-functional People Team partners to manage program logistics.
- Collect and analyze feedback from various sources to measure program effectiveness.
- Develop actionable recommendations for future iterations.
- Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Experience managing a project from concept to completion, including setting timelines and tracking deliverables.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight for business-ready outputs.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Communications.
