About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Drake, North Dakota. You will work on-site, gaining hands-on experience with agronomy operations and customer service. This is a rolling position that focuses on practical skill development in the field.
What you'll do#
- Learn core agronomy skills, including crop scouting, nutrient and protection products, custom application, and product delivery.
- Manage seed and inventory quality through regular monitoring and record keeping.
- Handle maintenance and repairs for equipment such as sprayers, trucks, conveyors, and floaters.
- Keep the work environment clean and ensure all tasks follow state, local, and company safety policies.
- Assist customers directly to provide information and service.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A strong willingness to learn the details of agronomy and seed operations.
- A focus on providing quality service to customers.
