About the role#
The Technology Services Operations Intern joins a team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and daily support of network, server, and storage software. You will assist in the operation of internal systems to meet customer needs.
What you'll do#
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Review system performance, including alerts and notices, to prevent downtime.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain end-user computing and telecommunication systems.
- Facilitate change management meetings and assemble knowledge documents.
- Assist the operations team with various projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Network Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Ability to triage problems, identify root causes, and drive issue resolution.
- Experience with AWS, networks, or servers.
Location & details#
- This internship is scheduled for Winter 2027, starting January 4, 2027.
- The role is paid at $22.00 per hour.
- Work is remote, with the option for hybrid work if you are located near an office hub.
- This is a part-time position, limited to 15-20 hours per week.
