About the role#
This 12-week internship offers hands-on experience with the RF-SMART data collection software. You will work alongside consultants to support ERP system configurations and learn about warehouse operations and business processes. This is a full-time role designed to provide direct exposure to professional projects and company leadership.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the design, training, configuration, testing, and support of RF-SMART software.
- Help manage bundle updates for customers.
- Support customer account migrations to a new token-based authentication system.
- Use internal AI tools to research and answer support team questions.
- Complete training modules to learn the fundamentals of RF-SMART and NetSuite.
- Collaborate with other interns on a 12-week group innovation project.
- Attend structured development workshops and company-wide volunteer events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program.
- Junior or Senior status by credit hours.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on-site.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in either Highlands Ranch, Colorado, or Jacksonville, Florida.
- The program runs from May 10, 2027, to July 31, 2027.
- The position is paid at $25 per hour.
