About the role#
The Hardware Support Internship provides students with the chance to gain professional experience while completing meaningful work. You will join the Hardware Support Team to assist with daily operations and learn how RF-SMART supports its customers.
What you'll do#
- Answer customer support calls to help resolve technical issues.
- Set up and implement RF-SMART software on Android and RF data collection devices.
- Participate in professional growth activities, including a group project and mentorship sessions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program, specifically in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Junior or Senior standing based on credit hours.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
