About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Operational Excellence, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams. You will work in a cross-functional environment to support Agile product development and delivery. The program runs for 12 weeks and includes structured development time alongside your daily responsibilities.
What you'll do#
- Triage and report on shared customer email accounts.
- Create and send Statements of Work and Change Orders.
- Manage document organization within SharePoint sites.
- Maintain data quality across internal systems.
- Conduct project reviews and time entry audits.
- Participate in delivery planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, with Junior or Senior standing by credit hours.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Genuine interest in process improvement.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
