About the role#
The SAP iXp Internship Experience Program is a strategic, paid opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a global corporate environment. This role focuses on operations, employee engagement, and ecosystem program support within the SAP Labs U.S. Managing Director’s team. You will contribute to projects that foster collaboration, learning, and community across our development teams.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of onsite, virtual, and hybrid events, including hackathons, tech talks, and learning sessions.
- Assist with event logistics, registration, speaker coordination, and onsite support.
- Draft and maintain internal communications, newsletters, and content for collaboration platforms.
- Maintain tracking documents for events, sponsorships, contacts, and program activities.
- Collect and summarize event feedback and engagement metrics to support reporting.
- Research ecosystem trends and capture key takeaways from forums and conferences.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program or bootcamp in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite in Palo Alto, San Ramon, and San Francisco at least three days per week.
- Experience or interest in project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and standard productivity tools.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to assist where needed.

- Term: Summer 2026.
