About the role#
This is a full-time internship and co-op program for the Robotics division. You will work within the supply chain organization to support business processes for planning, strategic sourcing, logistics, and systems tools. We offer terms for Spring, Summer, and Fall 2027. You will be matched with a manager and a mentor to help guide your project and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Analyze supply chain and systems processes to find ways to improve operational efficiency.
- Support programs related to procurement, lead times, safety stock, and warehousing.
- Lead projects to automate processes across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Deployment teams.
- Build mechanisms to help expand capacity within the Robotics Operations Center of Excellence.
- Create metrics and dashboards to measure and report on supply chain performance.
- Support the rollout of new software and internal tools.
- Foster an inclusive team culture.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Current enrollment in or completion of an academic program physically located in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain.
- 1 or more years of experience with process improvement, lean techniques, or performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

- Roles are available in North Reading, Massachusetts, and Westborough, Massachusetts.
