About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will focus on improving business functions through data analysis. You will solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases that improve the customer experience. This role requires you to identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics and collaborating with internal teams.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions to help stakeholders manage the business.
- Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources to create actionable reports.
- Monitor existing metrics to identify system and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks between May and September.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and Tableau or Power Query.
- A record of academic, leadership, or extracurricular success.
- Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to build scalable solutions.
- Ability to relocate nationwide.

- This internship is based in Bellevue, Washington.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid position.
