About the role#
As a Technical Production Operations Engineer intern, you will support our Production Support Operations team. You will monitor automated processes, identify issues, and help with troubleshooting efforts. This role offers hands-on experience with financial services applications. You will work alongside senior team members to follow procedures and contribute to process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and support automated batch processing jobs.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution under the guidance of senior team members.
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge bases.
- Escalate issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
- Partner with internal departments to deliver customer service.
- Participate in shift work, which may include evenings or early mornings as part of a 24/7 support team.
What you'll need#
- Progress towards a BA or BS degree, preferably in Computer Science or Finance.
- Interest in technical operations and enterprise software support.
- Knowledge, understanding, or interest in the financial sector.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with MS Windows, SQL, or Dynatrace is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
- The internship is full-time and follows a rolling term.
- Shift hours are 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST.
- This position is paid, with a salary range of $19 to $22 per hour.
