About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in charitable service and donor-advised fund operations. You will work with DAFgiving360 to support donors, advisors, and charitable organizations. The role is based in Orlando, Florida, and runs from June 7 through August 6, 2027. This is a full-time, paid position that requires working on-site.
What you'll do#
- Support donor and advisor inquiries through phone and digital channels.
- Research account information and service requests.
- Document actions clearly and follow established service workflows.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and the client experience.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Demonstrated ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to identify issues, gather facts, evaluate options, and determine next steps.
- Ability to review account information carefully, maintain accuracy, and follow established processes.
- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through when managing requests through completion.
- Ability to learn new systems, policies, and service workflows and apply feedback in a professional environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
