About the role#
As an Enterprise Chief Operations Office intern, you will work directly with your team on day-to-day tasks. This ten-week program provides hands-on experience and exposure to our global business. You will participate in professional development workshops, networking events with senior leaders, and collaborative projects designed to support your early career growth.
What you'll do#
- Provide reporting and calculations on Net Asset Value (NAV) for various client types.
- Research and resolve processing inquiries while preparing correcting entries.
- Help drive operational efficiency in our servicing processes.
- Enhance client servicing and management reporting tools.
What you'll need#
- You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration at an accredited college or university.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
- You maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- You possess proven analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- This role is based on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- The position is paid at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
- This is a full-time internship.
