About the role#
The SAP iXp Internship Experience Program offers students a path to develop their careers through hands-on work. As a UA Content Designer, you will join our Data & Analytics Design team to support our cloud services. You will work alongside UX designers, product managers, and developers to create clear, user-focused content that helps our customers navigate our software.
What you'll do#
- Design and write help content, UX copy, and various user assistance offerings.
- Research, map, and validate user journeys to improve product adoption.
- Create help documentation in collaboration with development and design teams.
- Write UI texts to enhance the usability of our products.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure readability, linguistic correctness, and usability.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Human Computer Interaction, UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- A keen interest in new technologies such as AI, HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques for UX writing.
- The ability to analyze the learning needs of diverse user groups.
