About the role#
Flagright is hiring a Marketing Operations Intern to support the systems behind our global marketing function. You will work directly with the Head of Global Marketing and collaborate with teams across Content, Design, Sales, and Product. This is a hands-on execution role where you will help maintain trackers, coordinate campaigns, organize marketing documentation, and clean data. You will take ownership of scoped work, identify gaps, and help the team execute effectively.
What you'll do#
- Maintain weekly marketing priorities, project trackers, campaign calendars, and operating documents.
- Track owners, deadlines, priorities, dependencies, and blockers across active marketing initiatives.
- Clean, organize, and validate campaign and event lead lists, including identifying duplicates and missing fields.
- Support campaign planning through research, briefs, timelines, and launch checklists.
- Help maintain event trackers, target-account lists, and registration pages.
- Assist in organizing marketing assets, folders, and documentation.
- Support publishing workflows and help gather campaign results for internal reporting.
- Identify repetitive manual work that can be simplified or standardized.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to manage several active tasks and shifting priorities.
- Comfortable communicating directly with senior internal stakeholders.
- Existing authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site in our Santa Clara office five days per week.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, CRM platforms, or project management software is preferred.
