About the role#
GE Vernova is looking for interns to join our Grid Software Solutions team for the summer of 2027. You will work alongside industry professionals on projects that have real-world implications for energy systems. This is a paid, full-time position based in our Bellevue office.
What you'll do#
- Solve technical problems related to wholesale energy markets.
- Gain hands-on experience with digital technologies used in grid operations.
- Bridge the gap between complex power system requirements and software solutions.
- Work on projects aimed at optimizing large-scale grid operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master or PhD program.
- A degree focused on Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site in Bellevue, Washington.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
