    About the role#

    This is a full-time, paid internship role focused on engineering operations and process improvement. You will work on projects that challenge your technical skills while helping solve real-world engineering problems. The role emphasizes the integration of AI and agentic AI frameworks to improve efficiency and technical output.

    What you'll do#

    • Integrate AI and agentic AI frameworks into your engineering assignments to drive efficiency.
    • Perform testing of Aeroderivative engines.
    • Execute project proposals and improve existing processes.
    • Conduct component and system design work.
    • Design analysis tools and improve operational workflows.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a full-time, nationally accredited baccalaureate program in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
    • A minimum 3.5/4.0 overall GPA.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Previous internship or project experience in engineering or operations.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
    • Willingness to complete a drug test and background investigation.

    • Locations: Houston, Texas and Greenville, South Carolina.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Rolling.
    • Compensation: $1,000 to $2,000 per week.
