About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 within the GE Vernova commercial operations team. You will work on real business growth initiatives across various segments of the power generation industry. Interns receive mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals while gaining technical and commercial expertise.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of business growth strategies through market and customer analysis.
- Assist with proposal and deal activities, including risk analysis and contract evaluation.
- Collaborate with teams on pricing, forecasting, and sales operations to improve business decision-making.
- Participate in projects to refine commercial processes, tools, and reporting dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Location & details#
- This is a remote position.
- The internship runs from May or June 2027 through August 2027.
- Specific site placements across various US locations will be determined upon selection.
