About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support the Aeroderivative New Units team in Houston. You will work on business operations projects, focusing on data-driven planning and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, paid summer 2027 position.
What you'll do#
- Complete a project in business operations designed to build your professional skills.
- Analyze data to find trends and suggest improvements for daily operations.
- Develop tools and reports to assist business functions.
- Support execution teams with project tracking and process improvements.
- Help solve operational challenges within the unit.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a full-time, nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum 3.0/4.0 overall GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
