About the role#
As an Applied AI Engineer Co-op, you will work on real-world engineering challenges. You will own projects from start to finish, connecting data, cloud tools, and AI to advance aerospace technology. This role focuses on building solutions that move from concept to production.
What you'll do#
- Develop technical solutions that help engineers adopt data and AI tools.
- Consult on architecture and build proof of concepts for strategic business projects.
- Write technical code and present product architectures to stakeholders.
- Work with the Innovator Method, Game Theory, and DecisionIQ to turn customer insights into business value.
- Build and ship solutions to production that meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with team members across different functions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in programming and debugging with Python, C#, C++, and SQL.
- Experience building solutions using public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
