About the role#
We are hiring an Information Systems Co-op for an 8-month term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kelowna, British Columbia. You will work under the direction of the Manager and IS Operations Lead to support our internal technology environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide first-level technical support for personal computing equipment.
- Handle the loading and configuration of laptops and desktops for end users.
- Perform hardware upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage and update corporate software records and documentation.
- Support IS project teams with ongoing tasks.
- Process and action user support requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Information Systems or equivalent program.
- Active enrollment in a formal Co-op program.
- Experience working with Microsoft products.
- Training in Cisco network infrastructure.
- Training in IP telephony.
- A valid driver's license.
