About the role#
This is an 8-month, full-time paid co-op position starting in January 2027. You will work on-site in Kelowna, British Columbia. The role involves supporting the finance team with project-based tasks and recurring financial processes, providing exposure to internal operations and various levels of management.
What you'll do#
- Manage purchase requisitions and verify invoices.
- Prepare month-end financial accruals and working papers.
- Use SAP and advanced Excel for data management and reporting.
- Assist finance team members with various project tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a recognized undergraduate co-op program for Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- A good understanding of internal control environments.
- The ability to learn operational processes quickly and manage information effectively.
- Comfort working independently with different levels of management.
