About the role#
Formlabs is seeking a Program Management - Global Sourcing Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time, on-site role focuses on the material pipeline and supplier optimization. You will work with the Global Sourcing Team to balance cost, quality, and supply reliability while supporting future product rollouts.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with current and potential suppliers to maintain the material pipeline.
- Develop strategies to optimize suppliers for cost, quality, and supply resilience.
- Assist in supply chain planning for future product rollouts.
- Conduct market analysis to provide actionable sourcing insights.
What you'll need#
- A technical or engineering background (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management).
- Enthusiasm for sourcing, contacting, and evaluating suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and capacity.
- Ability to work effectively with various teams and communicate clearly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent conversations and projects.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and exposure to project management.

- Location: Somerville, Massachusetts.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time internship with a bi-weekly pay range of $1,350 to $1,550 USD.
